2675 Francisco Blvd East, San Rafael
About the Venue
Founded in 1926, the Marin Rod & Gun Club (MRGC) is located just a few yards west of the Richmond Bridge on Francisco Blvd East, not far from Home Depot and Target in east San Rafael. It is located on beautiful bay-front property with extensive views.
Parking on the private MRGC grounds is plentiful and free, with several handicap spots as well. There is ample parking on both sides of the MRGC building. The facility is easily accessible by several routes, including Hwy 580, Sir Francis Drake Blvd and Francisco Blvd East. Many local residents likely have driven by it dozens of times but possibly never had the opportunity to stop there.
While we are not offering refreshments other than water, MRGC has a fully equipped no-host bar (cash or credit cards) with reasonably priced drinks and snacks, including hot dogs and mini-pizzas. The bar is available to our attendees who wish to purchase drinks or food which can be taken into our meeting room.
