Via an online ballot the current membership voted unanimously to re-elect three Board members to a new term and to amend the bylaws to convert Marin Coalition from a membership organization to one supported by voluntary donations. The bylaws as revised can be found on the Marin Coalition Bylaws page. The three Board members whose positions were up for renewal were Scott Pinsky, Nadine Muller and Linda Glasscock. At a Board meeting held on June 30, 2022, the vote was ratified. At that meeting, Scott Pinsky was re-elected Chair, Kevin Hagerty was re-elected Vice Chair, Linda Glasscock was elected Secretary and Len Hoffman was elected Treasurer.
