The effort to revitalize Marin City’s Golden Gate Village took another step forward, but not in the direction that the resident council supports.
Marin County supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a two-year master planning agreement with the New Jersey-based Michaels Development Co. Michaels will be paid $75,000. (Read the full Marin IJ article, published February 27, 2020).
The issue of the future of the Golden Gate Village complex was the subject of the June 2019 Marin Coalition luncheon event.
