Marin County now faces the most serious drought it has seen in many years. Marin Water and North Marin Water District (NMWD) have both announced plans for mandatory water use restrictions. To explore the present crisis, Marin Coalition invites you to a webinar featuring Marin Water General Manager Ben Horenstein and NMWD Water Conservation Coordinator Ryan Grisso. They will discuss how we got here, how their agencies plan to address the present dilemma, the impacts we can expect from those plans, and what each of us can do to help address this crisis. They will also discuss what water management strategies their Districts have for dealing with this and similar circumstances in the future in this era of climate change.
