Scott is an attorney who worked at several national firms before opening his own practice in 1998. His work has emphasized environmental law, land use, and affordable housing, with clients including the cities of Palo Alto, Morgan Hill and Cupertino. He has appeared before numerous regulatory agencies such as Dept. of Toxic Substances Control, Integrated Waste Mgmt. Board, RWQCB and Dept. of Insurance.
A graduate of Pomona College and UCLA Law School, he served as Counsel to the Palau Public Lands Authority; extern to 2 federal judges; and on the program staff at National Assoc. of State Mental Health Directors.
He has served on the boards of the San Francisco Institute of Classical Music Performance, South Bay Chamber Music Society and the Alfa Romeo Association of Northern California. He is a founder and leader of the Racquet Club Estates Firewise committee.
Kevin Hagerty

Kevin is a lifetime Bay Area resident, the last 34 years living in San Rafael. Retired now, he holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. During his career, he worked for the City and County of San Francisco as Director of the Parking Authority, at the University of California, Berkeley, as Manager of Transportation Planning, and at BART as the Manager of their Customer Access Department.
Kevin is an active community leader in Marin County. He is the current president of the League of Women Voters of Marin County, is President of Glenwood Neighbors, is Treasurer, and a Board Member of the Point San Pedro Road Coalition. He serves as Treasurer and Member of the San Rafael Federation of Neighborhoods Steering Committee. He is the Vice-Chair of the Transportation Authority of Marin Citizens Oversight Committee. He served on the 2013-14 Marin County Civil Grand Jury and is Treasurer of the Marin County Civil Grand Jurors’ Association.

Robin has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1972, the last 45 years in Mill Valley. He graduated with a BS in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His first career was in the field of software engineering, initially in a technical role and eventually as manager. Later in this career he was a consultant, software development manager at Oracle and engineering executive for early-stage startup companies in the Bay Area. Following a brief retirement, Robin received a MS in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University in San Rafael, California. He maintained a private practice for ten years in Mill Valley, treating individuals and couples with mood disorders, substance abuse and addiction issues.
Robin was a previous member of the Board of the Marin Coalition, serving as its Treasurer. He was a member of the 2016-17 Marin County Grand Jury and a member of the Board of the Marin chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, serving as its treasurer.
Alan Schaevitz

Alan is a retired computer communications consultant. As an independent consultant, he provided services to several top-500 companies. Prior to being a consultant, he was VP of Bank of America’s Global Communications Planning Department and a staff member at Bell Labs in New Jersey. He holds BS and Masters degrees in Mathematics from the University of Texas, Austin. He has lived in the Bay Area since 1972 and in Marin County since 1991.
Alan is on the boards of the Pt. San Pedro Road Coalition and the Bayside Acres HOA. In addition to being the webmaster for the Marin Coalition’s website, he serves as webmaster for the PSPR Coalition and the Bayside Acres HOA. He also provided website and other technical support for the Marin Chapter of the California Grand Jurors Association (MCCGJA) and the Coalition of Sensible Taxpayers (CO$T). While this keeps him fairly busy, he also has other interests including travel, dining, and his eight grandchildren.
Pat Randolph

Pat was a high school teacher and a secondary- and post-secondary education administrator and manager. She ended her professional life working for 12 years at the University of California, SF in several positions in both the Medical Center and the Medical School. Her final position was manager of the Academy of Medical Educators within the medical school. After retirement, Pat became a trained and certified UC Marin Master Gardener and served as training coordinator, vice president for training, and co-president. She is currently immersed in fire-smart landscaping education and training defensible space inspectors. Pat was foreperson for the 2018-19 Grand Jury and is a founding member of Citizens for Wildfire Preparedness which supported the establishment of the Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority (MWPA). Pat is a member of the Citizens Oversight Committee of the MWPA. Pat has lived in San Rafael for more than 40 years. She has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA in Education from Gannon University (Erie, PA). She did additional graduate work at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley and at Sonoma State University.
Stephen Keese

Stephen was born and raised in Chattanooga. In 1959, he joined the Marine Corps but was soon discharged for flat feet. He then enrolled at Harvard but join the Peace Corp in 1963 for a community development project in Brazil. He returned to Boston in 1970 where he ran a vasectomy clinic and joined the Boards of ZPG, NARAL, Assn for Voluntary Sterilization, Population Institute, and the National Organization for Non-Parents. After his stint in reproductive rights and health, he taught structured systems analysis and design at John Hancock and was the technology scout and change agent in its Office of the Future.
In 1988, Stephen moved to Cupertino, where he was an Evangelist for Apple and for Adobe. He co-founded four technology companies and was a realtor in Silicon Valley. In 2017 he moved to Marin County where he served on the 2018-19 Marin Civil Grand Jury. During his tenure, the Civil Grand Jury recommended creating the Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority and abolishing the Marin Telecommunications Authority, both of which happened. He interviews applicants for Harvard College and is inspired by them. He lives in Fairfax with his partner, Pamela Meigs, a retired nurse who serves on the Ross Valley Sanitary District Board.
